Hepatitis Bc (HBc) Ak
Das Hepatitis B Virus ist ein DNA-Virus welches durch Blut(produkte) und sexuell übertragen werden kann. Die Infektion kann asymptomatisch verlaufen oder sich nach einer Inkubationszeit von 1-6 Monaten mit einer Leberentzündung mit Ikterus äussern. Eine akute Infektion heilt in der Regel folgenlos aus, in 5-10% geht sie in eine chronische Infektion über und kann über Jahre zur Entstehung von Leberzirrhose und Leberkarzinom führen.
